I am delighted that my good friend
Donna has traveled here from Maui to
help me celebrate my birthday. We
are off on a road trip tomorrow for
beautiful Clear Lake, California.
My family will be joining us and we
look forward to catching up,
relaxing, and just having fun.
I have been learning and working on
new projects to introduce this year
to help my readers who are looking
to development their own business
with lots of fun and creativity. If

What a difference the right
remedy in the right location can
make!

Are You
Feeling Overwhelmed Lately?
|
|
Remember Feng Shui is all
about balance. Sometimes we
swing from one end of the
spectrum to the other going
from being in balance to
being out of balance. That
is the way of nature. Feng
Shui is a "nature science"
and by studying nature, we
know that everything is in
perfect order.
Feeling overwhelmed is the
sign of our times, and you
are not alone. Technology
has taken off running. Bill
Gates has been quoted to
say, "After the year 2,000
there will be two types of
businesses, those on the
internet and those out of
business."
What I am finding is that so
many people are wanting to
"catch up" that they
are feeling overwhelmed by
the learning curve. If this
is how you have been feeling
lately with so much
information coming your way,
to remain calm and joyful
will help.
How do you do that you
ask? Choose one thing
to focus on each day
that gives you joy. It
may just be taking a
relaxing bath, or
working in your garden,
or reading a book of
poetry each day for 10
or 20 minutes. Do the
same activity each day.
This form of discipline
will help in the months
to come when more and
more information comes
into your life.
See if you can stay
focused each day on
doing something you
love. You will be
surprised how grounded
you will feel if you
give yourself even 10
minutes each day at your
desk to just daydream.
The daydreaming trains
your mind to relax and
allows you to
receive information from
Spirit that will guide
you. By taking time for
youself each day, you
will begin to get in
touch with what makes
you truly happy and then
you will find it easy to
make decisions when you
are surrounded by all
the choices you will be
offered in the future.
You will be surprised
how calm you become if
you focus on one
activity you love each
day.
